2014 Scholarship Program Application

Natural Landscape and Irrigation is a landscape construction business located in Lake Oswego, Oregon and has been dedicated to serving its residents for many years. This year, we are introducing the scholarship program in order to recognize outstanding university-bound high school students that have made an effort to make our city a better place to live. One winner from each high school will receive a check paid to the university of their choice for $500.

 

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

• High School Senior graduating in June 2014 from either Lakeridge High School or Lake Oswego High School
• Minimum unweighted GPA of 2.75
• Be enrolling at a U.S.-accredited college or university as a full-time, degree-, or certificate-seeking first-year student in fall 2014.

Selection Criteria

• GPA/SAT (25%)
• Leadership Ability (25%)
• Essay Question (50%) - Note: Essay topic can be interpreted however the applicant chooses (community service, peer tutoring, little league coaching, etc)

Application is due May 15, 2014 and winners will be notified by email by June 1, 2014.
